Our journey

It all began with a simple belief: there had to be a better way for teams to work together. In 2015, Miriam (Mie) discovered something magical – LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®. What started as a curious experiment quickly blossomed into something much bigger than we imagined and she founded Bricks & Brains in Belgium.

The pieces really came together in 2018 when Werner joined our adventure, bringing fresh energy and ideas to the mix. Today, we're a vibrant community of certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitators, helping teams worldwide unlock their creative potential and tackle challenges in ways they never thought possible.

We love what we do – bringing play and purpose together to help teams achieve breakthrough moments. Every workshop is a new story, every team brings unique perspectives, and we're constantly amazed by the transformations we witness.
